How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least one week in advance. Popular camping dates and campsite spots are limited, so early booking is strongly recommended.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A deposit of $300 per group is required to secure your booking, camping equipment, and trip arrangement.

How does the booking confirmation work?

After payment is received, we will confirm your booking within 2 business days and send you a confirmation message or electronic voucher.

Can children join the trip?

Because this is an outdoor camping experience, we recommend participants be at least 8 years old for safety reasons.

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing:
Comfortable clothing; warm long sleeves and socks for sleeping in winter

Phone, chargers for personal devices

Personal toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste and towel
‍
Personal medication if needed
‍
Any snacks and drinks you would like to bring

What is the refund policy?

Cancellations made 14 days or more before departure: Eligible for a 100% refund, excluding any campsite booking fees already incurred. A campsite booking receipt will be provided.

‍Cancellations made 7–13 days before departure: Eligible for a 50% refund, excluding any campsite booking fees already incurred. A campsite booking receipt will be provided.

‍Cancellations made within 7 days of departure (including the departure date): No refund.

If the trip cannot proceed due to bad weather, bushfire, or campsite closure, we will arrange a reschedule or provide a full refund

What should I be aware of during the trip?

Temperatures can drop in the morning and evening, so please bring warm clothing

Bring your own personal medication

Bring your own chargers for personal devices

Please keep your belongings safe

Do not feed wild animals

During outdoor activities, please stay safe and do not cross barriers or take dangerous photos

What is provided for dinner?

Dinner is a Yin-Yang hotpot for 4–6 people, including:

Soup bases: original and spicy

Meat: 2kg sliced beef and pork

Vegetables: cabbage, Chinese cabbage, and seasonal vegetables

Hotpot items: around 2 packs / 800g of premium mixed hotpot ingredients

Side ingredients: enoki mushrooms, tofu skin, baby corn, and tofu

Staples: rice, hotpot noodles, and glass noodles

Do you accommodate vegetarian diets or food allergies?

Yes. We can adjust meals to suit vegetarian preferences and dietary requirements.

If you have any food allergies or special dietary needs, please inform us at least 7 days before departure via email or WeChat so we can customize your meals accordingly.

While we do our best to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Is insurance included?

Yes, We provide passenger insurance covering traffic accidents during transportation.

For travel accident insurance, guests should arrange their own additional coverage.

The company is not additionally responsible for personal accidents during outdoor activities.

Where does the trip depart from?

Trips depart from Sydney.

Pickup details, meeting point, and departure time will be provided after your booking is confirmed.

Our standard pickup time is around 10:00 AM.
