Plan the Details Together
We check campsite availability and work with you to finalise the itinerary, transport, activities and pricing.

Review and Pay the Deposit
Review your personalised trip proposal and booking terms, then pay the deposit using your booking reference.

We Secure and Prepare Your Trip
Once your deposit is received, we secure the campsite and begin arranging transport, equipment and trip logistics.
05
Pay the Balance and Get Ready
Pay the remaining balance 7 days before departure. We’ll then send your final pickup details, packing list and trip information.
